AIGC Italian Association of Canyon Guides
The AIGC trains, collects and organizes Canyoning professionals
The Italian Canyon Guide Association (AIGC) was founded in 2010 with the aim of creating a competent figure in the field of gorge guidance and giving them the right professional placement.
The training of Canyon Guides, long and demanding, gives them the essential technical knowledge to accompany them safely.
The Canyon Guide has notions of progression in ravines on ropes and in water, swimming in whitewater, safety, rescue and self-rescue, as well as notions of meteorology, geology, communication, teaching, etc. All materials that give it a high quality objective.
